Membership in the SCV is open to those who can authenticate his lineage to a
direct or collateral ancestor who served honorably in the Confederate Army or
Navy.
The Camp also offers a special membership category, called the
Confederate Legionnaire, for those with no proven Confederate Veteran
ancestry.
