Inscription: THE RIGHTS OF THE SOUTH AT ALL HAZARDS!
This flag was reported to have been present when the Ordinance of
Secession was signed on January 11, 1861, at the Capitol in Tallahassee.
An additional report states that this flag was later suspended above the
Speaker's podium in the House of Representatives chamber and remained
in the Capitol throughout the War.
