Registration and Marking

The Florida Division has taken the information collected in the 1940's by the WPA Survey of Soldiers' Graves in the state of Florida, and placed it into a database format.

The Camps within the Florida Division have gathered additional information about soldiers who were either missed, or did not have grave markers at the time.

To date, over 9,000 names and locations of Confederate dead in Florida have been collected. This information is used to order headstones and markers, and to aid ancestor research.

In the future, this database should be available for search by visitors to this website.
